Apollo College

Students get practical, real-world education, with small class sizes that allow individual attention from instructors. The College provides an lively, interactive atmosphere in which students receive the highest quality hands-on experience. It was founded in 1976, and today, over 4,000 students attend every year. ABHES has accredited the school, and the College has partnered with employers to provide opportunities for both the community and the students to contribute to the future. The Graduate Placement Department has extremely high placement rates and carefully keeps track of trends to make sure that Apollo’s curriculum is completely up-to-date.

Apollo College’s mission is to educate individuals to be professionals and paraprofessionals competent to serve the needs of the people in their locale, and to provide programs and courses for the development of a broad range of knowledge and skills needed for careers where trained employees are in demand. The College also seeks to provide students with a foundation for lifelong learning in and out of their chosen field.

The College accommodates student needs with a variety of program schedules and campus locations, experienced, trained staff, adept financial aid advising, didactic instruction and hands-on training, and exposure to a variety of opportunities to develop professional skills, understanding, and values.

Prospective students are also encouraged to visit the College and get a campus tour from an admissions counselor, or to call and make an appointment to explore available career options. Financial aid is available for those who qualify. Because Apollo College is accredited by the ABHES, which is recognized by the United States Government as an approved National accrediting agency, students can apply for all of the same federal grants and loans that they would quality for if they applied to any major university. Financial aid officers help students decide the best combination of financial aid, based on their individual situations and applications.
